Human Clinical Study I(10)
Ausdenmoore et al. (1993) divided 40 subjects with ragweed pollinosis into a placebo group (control group) and a S100 Milk group (treatment group) for a six week study. Subjects were given either 45g S100 Milk or placebo powder reconstituted and taken twice daily during the six week allergy season. The subjects were required to rate the symptoms of sneezing, coughing and eye redness along with other symptoms on a scale of 0 to 3, depending on the severity of symptoms (0 = no symptoms, 3 = severe symptoms) during each weekly visit. The results of the study showed a significant improvement in allergic symptoms for the subjects in the S100 Milk group at weeks 3, 4 and 5 (Table 2).

Human Clinical Study II(11)
In a study conducted in Japan, Nagano (1999) asked 11 subjects with ectopic dermatitis to drink S100 Milk, and then observed the changes in symptoms after three weeks' usage. Approximately 55% of subjects reported generally beneficial effects(11).

In another study in Japan, Minami (2004) asked 10 subjects with ectopic dermatitis to drink S100 Milk (20g daily), for a period of three months. Seventy percent of the subjects reported relief of symptoms and overall improvement (Table 3)(12).
The human studies described above demonstrate that S100 Milk effectively relieves the symptoms of atopic allergies and ectopic dermatitis.
